Introducing "Healthy Pleasures" sharing with you some healthy, happy lifestyles

Hi, I'm Doc. Williams.  Welcome to our world of lifelong learning.  We want you to be happy, and we want you to be healthy, wealthy, and wise.  Let's check out those goals by developing some strategies.  We'll start with the acronym:
A  Attitude (think positive)
I   Intellectual growth (let's stay in a learning mode)
D  Diet (not just for a week, but as a way of life with food choices that work for you)
E   Exercise (Hey, do you want to dance?)
S   Socialize (with positive supportive folks)

I don't know about you, but I'd like to be around celebrating my 100th birthday.  Dancing and romancing, chatting with fine folks who are older than I am, and still asking that question, "What are the possibilities?"
Just brainstorming away with my fellow blue zonians.  Hmm, that reminds me, I want to interview and write brief biographies of everyone I can find who is now in their 9's and 100's.  So we'll have ongoing anecdotes that they used to get where they are.  So....how about you, or someone you know?  Do you fit that description? Yep, I believe it.  Life IS about the choices you make so let's choose to think and share strategies that yield HEALTHY PLEASURES.
